The collection, unveiled by Royal Mail on 19 June 2026, features ten waterfalls from across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Becky Falls is one of only ten locations chosen for inclusion in the prestigious set.
Located on Dartmoor within ancient oak woodland, Becky Falls has been welcoming visitors for generations and remains one of Devon's most loved natural attractions. The waterfall, formed by the waters of Becka Brook tumbling through giant granite boulders, has long captivated visitors with its unique beauty and dramatic setting.
Paul Richards, owner of Becky Falls, said:
It is a real privilege to see Becky Falls featured on a Royal Mail stamp as part of this wonderful celebration of the UK's most spectacular waterfalls. It is a fantastic opportunity to showcase one of Devon's most beautiful natural attractions and introduce even more people to this special place.
As a Site of Special Scientific Interest, conservation is at the heart of everything we do. Having the falls recognised in this way is a proud moment for everyone connected with Becky Falls. We hope this recognition will inspire more people to discover Becky Falls, helping us continue to protect and preserve its unique natural beauty for generations to come.
The stamps showcase the rich diversity of Britain's natural landscapes and celebrate the beauty of waterfalls found throughout the UK. Other waterfalls featured include High Force in County Durham, Aysgarth Falls in North Yorkshire, Rogie Falls in the Scottish Highlands and Pistyll Rhaeadr in Wales.
For Becky Falls, this national recognition highlights not only the beauty of the waterfall itself but also the importance of conserving Dartmoor's unique natural environment. Becky Falls lies within a Site of Special Scientific Interest and is home to ancient woodland, diverse wildlife and a landscape that has inspired visitors for more than a century.
The Royal Mail Waterfalls stamps are available to pre-order now and will go on general sale from 23 June 2026.
We are incredibly proud to see Becky Falls recognised alongside some of the UK's most iconic natural landmarks and look forward to welcoming visitors who wish to experience this special place for themselves.
