Keeper Talks

Our meet-the-keeper sessions offer a great opportunity to learn more about our animals from the people who care for them.

Our knowledgeable Animal Keepers hold talks every hour from 11am-4pm each day.

The talks change daily so make sure you check the 'What's On' board when you arrive in the park for the days events.

Here is a sample of the type of talks you might expect to see.

11am: Goats Brunchtime

Come and meet our four gorgeous goats at one of their favourite times of day. Watch them enjoy an enrichment activity and find out about their cheeky characters.

12pm: Interesting Invertebrates

Who might you meet today? Learn about their exoskeletons and other amazing adaptations.

1.00pm: Baby Skunks!

Learn all about our newest residents - our cheeky baby skunks!

2pm: Snake dinner time

A great opportunity to watch a snake enjoy their dinner. Find out about how they digest their food and of course chance to ask questions.

3pm: Meet Tosh

Our Blue and Gold Macaw Tosh loves nothing more than a visit from the Keepers and chatting to you guys. He'll even dance and sway with you!

4pm: Gardening for Wildlife

Come and find out a few simple things you can do to help protect the wildlife where you live.
