Blue Trail - gentle and easy walking - 80% pushchair friendly - takes about half an hour. Red Trail - more demanding walk, needing sound footwear, not suitable for pushchairs - takes about 45 minutes (or 30 minutes using the shortcut). Purple Trail - for the fit and well shod only, with a tough 200-foot climb from the Lower Falls, not suitable for pushchairs - takes about 75 minutes. - Times assume a gentle pace, but no rests to take in the scenery. - The trails are not suitable for wheelchairs. Baby carriers are recommended. - Dogs on a lead are welcome. - Please ask at the Cafeteria on arrival for details of nature trail competitions, Becky Box Hunts, wildlife discovery trails and education packs - all great fun and making the trails more interesting for children.
